UX Researcher & Strategist
Hi, I'm Arizona Milotich. I use qualitative and quantitative research methods to study user behavior, needs, and gather insights on the users that make products shine.

I believe great research reframes problems before solving them. Each project starts with a question.

About
As a UX researcher with roots in life sciences, I bring a unique perspective to human-centered design. Currently shaping digital health experiences at Sanofi, my portfolio spans transformative projects at Comcast, Vanguard, Johnson & Johnson, and Tandem Diabetes Care — bridging the gap between complex systems and user needs.
My scientific background informs my approach: systematic, evidence-based, and deeply curious about human behavior. I believe in open collaboration and empathy-driven design to create meaningful solutions.
Outside of work, I serve as a crisis counselor for The Trevor Project and play soccer with the Philadelphia Falcons — experiences that continually deepen my understanding of human connection.
Volunteer & community work
Good research doesn't just answer questions —
it reframes them.
In a world of fast assumptions, I slow down to listen.
I'm currently open to full-time roles and select consulting engagements. If you're building a team or a product that needs research at its core, I'd love to talk.
